"Fantastisk personale og service. Vi oplevede kun positive ting med personalet, som i øvrigt var super hjælpsomme med alt og hele tiden var observante på os. Vi fik blandt andet frisk udskåret frugt, vasket tøj(gratis), en flaske vin på valentinsdagen, arrangeret Van til lufthavn, fik forklaret og vist nogle gode steder at handle og tage hen osv. "No front desk. No indication on Hotels.com on how to check in. I had to reach out to host on Whatsapp to get access to the room. Room had an adjacent room and we could hear every word from the other side. This place is right next to a pond so ton of mosquitoes all around. Was in Thailand for 3 weeks all around and this was the worst place we stayed at. "

"Property clean and staff friendly. No front desk or reception area. Didn't match the santuary vibes. Property is behind a car wash and deep into residential neighborhood. I wouldn't call this a resort. I left the Property in an hour and booked a different hotel in the area i really wanted to be in.
