I stayed at this hotel for a few days and overall had a pleasant experience.
The location is quite convenient, about a 30‑minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The environment is peaceful and relaxing, and the sea view from the room is wonderful — perfect for a quiet getaway.
Breakfast was decent, though the variety was somewhat limited. When checking in, the hotel required a cash deposit and wouldn’t accept a credit card at first, which was inconvenient. After I explained I didn’t have enough cash, they finally allowed a credit‑card deposit instead.
Room service is available if you prefer to stay in, but the menu options are quite limited. The restaurant food is actually better. One time when I ordered room service, the staff asked me to pay in cash, but I told them to charge it to my room — it seems the hotel prefers cash in general, which was a bit confusing.
The hotel has its own private beach, reachable by a shuttle that takes about five minutes down the hill. You can simply tell the front desk when you’d like to go. The beach is quiet and clean — a nice spot to relax.
Overall, this hotel is a great place if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. While some procedures (like the deposit and payment method) could be improved, the setting and atmosphere make it a pleasant place to stay.
