"I loved everything about this hotel. The moment I pulled in I loved the castle like look. This is the perfect place for families with kids. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was small issues with the room on the second night, and it was fixed right away. I was even offered a different room while the service provider worked on mine, Overall, the hotel was a 10/10."

"Excellent location, nice walk round the lake to Disneyland Parks. Comfortable beds in good sized room. Dinner and breakfast buffets had good food selections and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend 👌"

"This hotel is good if you are just going to Disney every day. But to go to this city of Paris, it’s a lot of travel time. This hotel only gives a one time complementary water, so just beware that you are gonna have to buy your own and there’s no water bottle filling stations. Breakfast there is no eggs or bacon, sausages, protein, etc. Just be prepared when coming here with your children."

"Room was spacious and nice. They were a bit stingy with the amount of soap/products they gave us each day. We regularly run out and had to request more. The pool was a real highlight, along with the free shuttle service to Disneyland Paris. The spa prices were way too high to consider any treatments. Breakfast was absolute chaos - way too busy, not enough plates/mugs, so loud, poor variety of options. We even had some guy steal our table while we were at the buffet choosing our items. Checkin...
