Hotels near Paris Orly-Ville Station

"The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood in the outskirts of Paris but at walking distance of a train station. The trip to the centre of Paris takes around 30 mins. There are bakeries (boulangeries), a couple of mini-markets, and cafes close by. The room was spacious with a kitchenette which resulted very convenient to make coffee and breakfasts before leaving to the city. The hotel offers housekeeping for a fee and has a laundry facility on site, something that we looked for when choosing a hotel to stay. The staff was accommodating and informative. We did not like the breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. The selections were basic and the personnel did not take care of replenishing the food items on time, so we decided to make our own breakfast or have it somewhere else. I travelled with my wife and certainly we will go back."

"The hotel staff was very nice, they were accommodating after a long flight. They were very courteous to the kids, The Hotel has some activities for the kids in the lobby. The Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was everything you need"

"Wonderful hotel with all the amenities. Bed was big and comfortable, big shower, beautiful views of the city. Had spa access (used sauna and jacuzzi) which was very nice. Also loved the Sky Bar on the first night with stunning views over Paris including the Eiffel Tower. Unfortunately the Sky Bar was closed on one of the other days we were there because they were hosting a private event, but we were very happy we managed to go there the first night. Hotel is located right next to a tram stop and the RER/metro line is only about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend!"

"Property is new and modern. Excellent choice for families. Not the best part of Paris but the area seemed like coming up. It was more budget friendly so you can use your savings on lodging to Uber around in Paris. One thing I can say is that the breakfast is not worth the money. If you can walk a little, there's this excellent bakery called 'Boulangerie Honorin'. A lot better for breakfast."

"Résidence Hèrmes is truly a good choice for on-a-budget travel to Paris. Here are some positive and negative notes: Positive - The RER station was incredibly close, around 6-7 minutes walking. With the navigo decouverte weekly card, it was super easy to use all the transportation to get to wherever we wanted, and it was never more than 1 hour-1 hour 15 mins to get anywhere (including Disneyland). Just note that the station nearby (Les Saules) stops service early in the night. - The place was very clean. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were all in a perfect state, no bad smells nor stains. - The area around was very quiet and calm. It did get pretty dark at night, like there is few lights on the streets, but you still feel safe. Negative - We did not receive the instructions prior to our arrival, so we had to contact the manager once we got there since we rang the bell and had no answer. Nonetheless, he was really helpful and quick to answer too, so that is something good about the property. - There is a weird noise done by the pipes when water is turned on. So one night one of the other guests showered at like 4 am, and it woke me up and kept me up for like 40mins… I guess if you are not a light sleeper it won’t bother you, and also there are minimum chances someone would shower so early while you are there; I just had bad luck. It’s understandable for this not to be resolved easily because piping in houses is complex. - We wish they would give daily pods for coffee."
