"Stayed 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our room was clean and very spacious with a kitchenette. The hotel itself was lovely and felt very safe. Free shuttle to Disneyland and a quick uber ride away from Val d’ Europe shopping centre. Would absolutely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay off Disney property."

"Deluxe room was nice and access to the D lounge was the way to go for 2 meals a day included , the food is very repetitive unfortunately and lacks variety. Pastries were very nice , Staff in d lounge could be more attentive "

"Unfortunately, when arriving at our VIP lodge, there were lots of things wrong with the property in terms of damages. Our decking had a huge hole in it making it unsafe to go in, there was a speckles of blood on our bedsheets, and the bathrooms had hair in it. We also had one desk fan between two bedrooms in 38+ heat and I’m 19 weeks pregnant and have another child also. When reaching out, they expressed that they would bring us another fan, and new bed sheet and the damages would be looked into...

"Whilst we have stayed here before. The hotel should have emailed people to warn them about the lack of air conditioning in the room. We stayed on the night of the heatwave in France. The rooms were stifling and we all experienced the worst nights sleep of our life. We had to leave at 0400 as it was just unsafe in my opinion. The staff hadn’t even put the fan on prior to our arrival. Personally I’ll be asking for a refund as it was unsafe to be staying here with all of the ice machines also...

"Personnel juste EXÉCRABLE. On voit bien que dans cet hôtel c'est à la chaîne, aucun service individualisé, manque de respect des employés, on ne parle pas juste de manque d'amabilité, on parle de manque de respect ! C'est la première fois que je vous un service pareil. En revanche, l'endroit est magnifique, mais on s'y sent mal. A fuir !"

"We had a great stay! We arrived early from an overnight flight. The staff assisted us with check in, allowed us to freshen up and delivered our bags to our room while we enjoyed the park. We stayed in a club level room and were blown away by the amazing breakfast and afternoon tea. Highly recommend this property."

"Struttura curata e spaziosa. Ideale per famiglie con bambini e per raggiungere Disneyland con solo 1 fermata di RER. Cordiale il personale, Florian mi ha fornito supporto nonostante avessero difficoltà con i sistemi informatici probabilmente a causa dell' estremo caldo di questi giorni. Disponibile dispenser refill per l'acqua. Quindi portate con voi le borracce;-). Ottima colazione!"

"Staff were friendly, rooms were big, location was great. It was a good idea to have read through other guest's reviews first as we knew to bring our own hairdryer :) We will definitely be staying again. The only negative feedback that I would give is that the place is missing a vending machine to buy drinks from. If arriving at night, the nearby shops would be closed."
