"We have just returned from an amazing stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife and honestly could not fault a thing. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and has a fun, stylish atmosphere throughout. The food was fantastic with plenty of choice, and every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming.

"Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither.

The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is nice and cozy. The pool is not very large, but it is big enough. The staff were great, except for one person who ruined an entire evening for us, I am not exaggerating! I still cannot believe someone could act so unprofessionally.

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal am Empfang. Leider oft unterbesetzt, somit oft mit langen Wartezeiten verbunden.
Frühstück und Abendbuffet zwar sehr vielfältig aber kaum regionale Angebote, vor allem Fisch und Meeresfrüchte fehlten. Personal an den Poolbars immer sehr gestresst und die Qualität der Speisen war hier nicht gut. Hier gab es scheinbar auch keine klaren Regelungen zu Öffnungszeiten und Speisemitnahmemöglichkeiten.

"It’s a large hotel, yet it still feels cozy and welcoming. The spacious facilities were excellent, and the property is within walking distance of the shopping area, great restaurants, and the botanical garden. The staff were truly outstanding and made the stay even better."

"Está bien para el precio y tiene una buena ubicación. Como problemas principales: ni la cama ni el sofá son demasiado cómodos. El sofá no era sofá cama ni de broma. Se echa de menos que te dejen un poco de aceite o sal en el apartamento."
