"A superb location on hills surrounding Puerto de la Cruz, within walking distance (15 minutes) from beach, (20-25 minutes) from the port. Very nice layout of property, pool, well-maintained gardens, an array of amenities to relax and enjoy sunshine. Property is quite, away from traffic. Would return."

"Very beautiful hotel and garden. Excellent service and food. I had pain in soles of the feet but became much better with reflexology at the spa. Without asking I got a free upgrade to an ambassador suite and a bottle of very good red wine. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located near the bus station, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts are very good. On the down side the wifi was unreliable and could not be accessed at peak times, secondly my room's only source of natural light was a light well which was a bit depressing."

"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "
