"What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. Free upgrade. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend "

"This is a really lovely hotel. Huge pool areas with lots of sunbeds. We had booked half board and the food was really good. A couple of gripes, three euros per day to rent the security box in the room was ridiculous considering how much we paid for the week. Also we chose this hotel as it had four padel courts but none were operational which was really disappointing. We would stay here again."

"Nos encantó este hotel desde el primer momento. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la habitación es amplia y cómoda. En nuestro caso teníamos un jardín trasero con vistas al mar: espectacular. La comida era muy variada, buenos quesos y embutidos. El personal es maravilloso, siempre pendientes de los clientes. La animación también nos ha parecido muy buena,.Volveremos seguro. "

"Perfect hotel, have no bad things to say, foods amazing, drinks are great and overall the customer experience was good, as I flew to Fortaventura to another hotel at first, but I didn’t like it so last minute I went in the hotel, and booked it on the day, got in a room within an hour."
