"Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper."

"l'hôtel est à 800 m de hauteur ce qui amène une bonne température, avec une très belle vue sur la côte sud et sur le cirque de Serrado. dans la chambre les toilettes étaient pleine de calcaire avec cercle jaune, le bidet fuyait et la chambre n'était pas lavée tous les jours, autrement la chambre étaient bien située avec une belle terrasse et une vue sur le cirque de Serrado. "A great 3 night stay. We loved the location - super views but very easy to walk into the town to explore! We were able to park our car on site too which was a real bonus. Our room was clean comfortable and we had a lovely view of the port. We enjoyed the pool and terrace on our last day. One suggestion and that's for more information to be given on the Spa facilities. We thought they were great but sadly only found out about them at the very end of our stay. I have to mention the breakfast...

"I've found this place a bit average on the cleaning. It's a family place, the area is lovely with some extra dining options as the internal restaurant is very limited with a buffet only overcrowded. I'd suggest them to train the staff to become a bit more welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the highlight was the magician show for kids and aduts"
