They all spoke a level of English (which was good for us seeing as we don’t speak Portuguese). The room was incredible, we splashed out a bit and got a junior suite with an ocean view and it was INCREDIBLE. The amenities were great - we tried to make use of all that we could considering our short stay. Definitely book again."

"Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon war in der 10. Etage mit Blick auf das Wasser und auf Funchal bei Nacht, wunderschön. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer gebucht, u. a. mit einer Nesspresso-Maschine. Leider gehörte das tägliche Auffüllen der Kapseln nicht zum Service. Auf Bitten wurden diese einmal aufgefüllt mit dem Hinweis, dass dies kostenpflichtig sei. Das hat uns Inder höchsten Zimmerkategorie gewundert und geärgert, da wir gerne einen Kaffee zwischendurch trinken....
