"These rooms need some remodeling, better pipes and thicker walls. We could hear the man next to our room coughing throughout the night. When someone was using the water above us or next to us, the water noise was super loud in the walls. The carpet was gross and the balcony had tons of spider webs. The view from the back of the hotel was beautiful, but the firepit would not turn on. "

"Our ocean view room with king size bed was clean and comfy. Slept with the slider opened one night to listen to the ocean. Next night with the AC on and slider closed. Nice to have both options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast assortment met our needs. Pool, jacuzzi and sitting areas were clean. Staircase to beach and walking distance to pier made it a great first Pismo Beach visit for us. "

"Our room had an ocean view from the first floor . When I got to the property I was very disappointed that I had not been able to see what the other choices of location were. I would have chosen a different location and probably on the second floor to be able to see the waves crashing onto the shore. Expedia should have been more specific "

"This hotel is beautiful all around the property. The room was very nice very clean, the bed was a little bit hard for me, and the heat didn’t work. It was just blowing out cold air even when we were upping the temperature however, everything else was beautiful."

"Good hotel recommendation for all who stay there"

"The room was very dirty. The bed had hair and blood stains on the sheets. The tub had dirt and pubic hair in it. There was urine around the toliet floor. I ended up going to the local store and got cleaning supplies because I knew we would only be more stressed finding another hotel room for our weekend. I am definitely going to spend more money next year and book at a cleaner establishment."

"When we arrived the office was closed due to the staff going on a break. We got to our room finally after waiting for staff to come back. Our room smelled like marijuana so bad we had to open all the windows. The smell never got better through the whole stay and I had a horrible headache anytime we had to be at the room. Not a good experience especially for how much we had to pay. "

"Room not ready at their check in time. Girl at desk said “check in time is just an estimate”. Never heard that one in all my years of travel. Very casually said room could possibly be ready by 6:00 pm and that 4:00 check in was an estimate. Never staying here or recommending this place. "
