"This truly was one of the best beach hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Right off the bat the front desk guy got us additional water bottles when we checked in and additionally gave us an hour later check out. Each floor has an ice machine and filtered water station- never seen this at a hotel so this was a highlight. The hotel provided towels for beach and pool, and the chairs and umbrella being set up was so nice. The one thing that bothered me was the chair people coming by and basically asking...

"Outstanding resort perfect for traveling with active adolescents. Spacious, clean, well-appointed. Breakfast add-on well worth it. Deep balcony with ample shade overlooking prime section of the beach. Staff were very attentive and professional."

"This trip was supposed to be something special for my family. For starters there was a huge wasp nest on our balcony, which we were told would be taken care of - never was. Then our AC stopped working - they did offer to move us but by then it was day 3 of our trip. I was told that they were going to waive our pet fee and resort fees for the ‘inconvenience’, but haven’t seen that happen yet either. The elevators have only worked about half the time, and there is no AC in elevators or main lobby...

"The hotel does not allow early check-in unless you pay a fee. We even contacted them ahead of time and still had to wait 3 hours to get into our room. The hotel website is very deceiving about how well it is maintained or updated. The pics on their site only show the best parts of the hotel. What they fail to tell you is that its basically a motel 6. No air in the hallways or elevators, water on the floors everywhere, no ice machines work on numerous floors, no vending machines so you have to...

"The room is nice and clean except the bathroom is small and hard to get in and out. The breakfast is ok, both of the bar inside and outside are fun, i like the bartender. The gym is fantastic. i like the small cab that take the guest from the building to the beach and back. Free bike rental daily is good. We also enjoy complimentary desserts in the evening."

"Not alot of beach at this property. Made us wear wristbands but not everyone was wearing them and no monitoring of it. Not sure if the property was that full or people were coming over to use the beach/pool. The elevator didn't work."
