"We had a three-night stay in early May 2025. The room was fine. However, housekeeping apparently didn't visit our room even once during our three-night stay – not even to empty wastebaskets, much less straighten the room. We expect better."

"All of the staff were encountered were so kind! The front desk clerk pushed a wheel chair bound guest to their room, another staff member volunteered to get ice for a guest, little things that make a difference! Hotel was also immaculate and housekeeping was very nice as well!!!! "

"I must say, I had an amazing and relaxing stay at Royal Park. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; the property is absolutely beautiful, picturesque, and incredibly charming. It’s located in a quaint area and manages to feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time. The staff was wonderful; everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had breakfast at Park 600, and it was excellent. The portions were very generous, and the Peach Palmer drink was absolutely delicious. My room was excellent as well....

"There was mold all over my toilet seat. The laundry facilities were hard for me to get to as I am injured and wearing a walking boot. I cannot walk that far therefore I could not wash my clothes at the facility."
