"This resort was ok but not great for the price. We only stayed over night so we didn't benefit from the resort fee which is mandatory. If you are staying longer, it may be worth it but the resort is looking rather old and out dated especially for the price tag."

"We always stay at the Plantation Towers at NMB. This however will be the last visit to this hotel. We stayed in the Jasmine towers in a room on the 14th floor. The room was a joke. For living room furniture they had some kind of rattan or bamboo couch and chairs. The cushions in them were like outdoor furniture cushions - ridiculous! Terrible to sit on. The entire room as designed with this type of rattan/bamboo furniture - just a complete joke. Then the master bedroom mattress was hard...

"Terrible property. There’s a constant revolving door of people entering and exiting the building. Common areas were dirty. Room was dirty. The architecture of the hotel makes for terrible views from many rooms. Staff were average at best (eg. had no knowledge of where to get a bite to eat after check-in). Pool towels probably haven’t been changed since the 1908’s. Parking was inconveniently located in a multi-level parkade across the street but it’s impossible to find an open spot. Way too many...

"The rooms were not clean. We stayed for four days, and despite placing the “Please Clean Room” sign on our door, housekeeping never came to clean our room. The biggest disappointment was the river shown in the photos. It is not located directly by the hotel as the pictures suggest. You have to walk about two blocks to reach it. If the river view is one of the reasons you’re booking this hotel, be aware of that. There are other hotels in the area at similar or even lower prices with better...
