"Ran out of Kleenex day one - had to go to desk and request some toilet paper day two . Thank goodness, they did put some dry towels in unit on our day two, but couldn’t be bothered to take out used, wet towels. Room floor needed sweeping upon arrival. At the high price, expected better!!"

"Great amount of things to do for the price. Great views, clean rooms, awesome hot water and water pressure. We loved the hot tubs and lazy river. The only con was waiting in line nearly an hour to check in. If I had known it was going to be that long I would have paid the extra $55 to check in early when I got there at 2pm vs 4. We will definitely be back"

"Great hotel but was always short on pool towels so it was inconvenient. The first room they placed us in was disgusting and the rug was soaked from the broken ac unit. It smelt like mold! They bumped us up to the top floor which was great. Other than that I was an overall good experience."

"It was a great hotel and everything about it was really wonderful. It's proximity to the beach, the swimming pool, the room, etc. However, there were 2 issues that were frustrating during our time there. We arrived at 4:05pm for a 4pm check in. Stood in line to check in and was told our room was clean, but pending an inspection and it would be just a few minutes. My 5 children and I sat in the lobby and waited. I checked in every 15 minutes and kept being told it would be just a few minutes. ...
