"The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year."

"We loved all the resort activities, water sports and physical sports that were offered and included free of charge. We went snorkeling, took a catamaran tour, water skied, played squash, participated in Sip N Paint, kayaked, water biked, and paddle boarded--all included at no charge. We also tried scuba diving lessons but will next time. The food was authentic and we were provided with a variety of opportunities to eat at different places. "The beach was the absolute best part of this resort. It was shallow and warm and the provided floats made our days so enjoyable! We liked how the resort was set up, stairs and different levels as opposed to the typical resort arrangement."

"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. Check-in and check-out both took much longer than expected. When we arrived, the resort was upgrading its room key system, which left us unable to access our room for several hours. It was frustrating after a day of travel.
Another thing to be aware of is that there are no elevators to the guest rooms, so if you’re on an upper floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

"The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously."
