"I recently stayed at this resort to celebrate my 50th birthday. There were some positives, but unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing.
The beach area was beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff members were truly amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and did their best to assist whenever needed. In fact, the Customer Service Manager went above and beyond to try to make things right, and I genuinely appreciated those efforts.

"The beach and overall vibe compensate alot for the negatives. Mainly, the facilities are quite worn down. The buildings all need refreshing. Food in asian restaurant was average at best the other restaurant "feathers" was much better.
Great place to just relax and get away but for what they charge they could offer more."

"You will not be disappointed!! Everyone is very polite, happy to see you at any hour, and will get you whatever you need. The food is excellent at all the restaurants. The rooms are clean and the beach view is amazing. Even on red flag days we had a great time. And the entertainment daily as well as nightly is well planned."

"Expansive and grand looking property - lovely pool with waterfalls and very helpful and cheerful staff with towels etc. Multiple beach areas to hang out but wish the beaches were swept in the mornings. Also would be nice if we were told about all of the amenities upon arrival such as beach area with the water sport activities - wasn’t aware until day before departure. An information booklet in the rooms would have been helpful.
