"Very overpriced for the quality. Pool towels run out during the day, housekeeping does a subpar job (I understand that they are overworked and underpaid), the lack of urgency with staff was appalling. I personally wouldn't choose this as first choice again. Way better options out there. I spent so much to stay here and it was very MEH."

"The property was extremely outdated with many issues such as the toilet kept breaking, the back door was extremely hard to open and close, and the building itself looked like it needed a major face lift. The pictures on the website are not accurate, especially of the beach area. It is also extremely hard to find as Google maps takes you away that ends in a dead end. Also you have to pass by the bamboo rafting where the employees are extremely aggressive and literally chase your car down the road...
