"Resort had multiple Restaurants but had to wait long for assistance in restaurant and for food in those without buffet service. Had to wait 2 hour for a meal and when it came it was cold. They took a while to refill certain options in buffet restaurant and if you did not get there early enough certain items where no longer available. Hence reducing your choices. "We traveled as a family of 3 with a toddler age 2. Overall, we enjoyed the all inclusive amenities offered at this facility. I felt there is something to keep my toddler occupied everyday -big shoutout to the kiddie water park. "Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. The manager with whom I interfaced had very poor customer service skills and seemed more interested to havd us cancel our stay rather than fix the issues.
