"Upon arrival I was greeted by Monique at the front desk, who was very friendly and helpful with my check in. I enjoyed the daily breakfast and took the Jamaican options and you still had the buffet option to choose from. I really liked the roof top terrace looking out at the city, while having a meal or drink. Love the location walking distance to major banks, restaurants and Devon House."

"I have been staying here for eight of my visits to Jamaica! My name should be known by now here! The restaurant staff and manager is who I communicate with more at the bar! When you want to be treated like a gentleman stay at this Marriott, they all seem to get it on great customer relationships! "

"The bar staff and bellhop were the best at this property. Everything and everyone else was subpar. The ladies at the front desk will stay in your business. There’s no respect of privacy or boundaries. The balconies are huge with a nice view but the railing isn’t safe nor is the step going out to the balcony. The fire alarm will go off randomly, so maybe prepare for that. The room is okay though, could use some upgrades, starting simple with pillows and towels."

"It was my second stay here. This room was dark and depressing compared to my previous room. It needs some basic upgrades- especially the floor. The shower was nice. But my biggest complaint is that I chose this property over a different one solely for the nice pool. It was closed both days I was there. "I got locked out my room late at night and had to wait about a hr before I could get in my room maybe more. The lack of staff at night and staff not having access or knowledge on how to get a updated key to A guest. This all was going on during carnival weekend so you know I was impaired and had to deal with this. No discount was offered nothing to Accommodate my inconvenience. Other than that had a great stay! "The air conditioning was great, parking was difficult during the day because it was shared by other businesses on the same premises. The rooms were very clean. The room had a weird configuration with a King bed and a queen bed in the same room, a small refrigerator in a far corner of the room and a hammock hanging from the ceiling. No microwave or kettle in the room. No closet to hang your clothes or drawers to fold your stuff. It was just the bare minimum. If you just need somewhere to just...

"Really enjoyed this cute property. Was looking for a nice safe accommodation for one night to be closer to airport and the price was right. The staff who greeted us was so delightful and fixed an issue right away. We were able to walk next door to grab coffee & breakfast so that was an added bonus for the value priced clean accommodations "
