When you want to be treated like a gentleman stay at this Marriott, they all seem to get it on great customer relationships! "

"Staff was helpful, room a and place was clean. Location was convenient for restaurants and things to do. I didn't like that I had to ask staff to reheat food as there was no microwave, but they didn't complain or look put out when asked. I also didn't like that some of the plants in the lobby had mealy bugs. Overall, great experience, beautiful and clean hotel."

I was feeling nostalgic and proud, The hotel is a hidden gem and less than 10 minutes away from the airport and walking distance from the historic Fort Charles, Giddy House, Old Naval Hospital and lots more."

"I got locked out my room late at night and had to wait about a hr before I could get in my room maybe more. The lack of staff at night and staff not having access or knowledge on how to get a updated key to A guest. This all was going on during carnival weekend so you know I was impaired and had to deal with this. No discount was offered nothing to Accommodate my inconvenience. Other than that had a great stay! "The air conditioning was great, parking was difficult during the day because it was shared by other businesses on the same premises. The rooms were very clean. The room had a weird configuration with a King bed and a queen bed in the same room, a small refrigerator in a far corner of the room and a hammock hanging from the ceiling. No microwave or kettle in the room. No closet to hang your clothes or drawers to fold your stuff. It was just the bare minimum. If you just need somewhere to just...
