"Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better.

"The property itself is very nice, spotless, and feels luxurious throughout. Everything is extremely well maintained, including the rooms, beds, bathrooms, and outdoor areas. It is also dog-friendly, which was a big plus. The location is excellent, with a lovely beach view and easy access for walks, including taking a dog out, making it a very pleasant place to stay overall.

"Very good location. Hotel was nice, only no hair dryer or fridge. Friendly, helpful staff. Walking distance to Belfast Train-station. Restaurant next door was excellent. Shed Grill and Seafood. Hotel did not have restaurant which was ok as I wanted to try local eateries"

"Really enjoyed our stay! The staff was so welcoming and kind! It is incredible staying at a historic hotel with amazing views of the Giants Causeway. The food was delicious and experience is one we will not forget. "

"Great staff on arrival and throughout. Room was spacious with pretty much everything you would need including a fridge and a coffee machine. There were also biscuits and a 2 Ferraro Roche. Huge star for that! Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Any requests or issues were actioned immediately. A few critique (which would not stop me staying at the hotel again: the shampoo and body wash were attached to the wall. I had a lovely hot bath but it was a struggle to reach the pump.
