"Great helpful staff. Lovely room and en suite. As a disabled person the room and bathroom facilities will ideal. Only thing I would change is install a higher toilet. Easier to get on and off for me anyway. Able to park every night. Great choice at breakfast, always hot and a pancake maker which I have never seen before at a hotel. Great idea especially for the kids and big kids alike. Will highly recommend the hotel and we will be staying again."

"While we could overlook that the hotel was a little tired, staff were excellent, I was disappointed around the transparency about the pool rules and access for kids. Described as family friendly kids were limited to very restricted hours and space in the pool and unable to use the outdoor pool area and required to use the disabled toilet as a change room. It gave the impression that kids were a hinderance to the target, adult market of the spa. We booked the hotel especially because of the pool....

"This was our second stay at the hotel and we loved our room in the stables. It was beautifully clean and french doors opened onto a little patio and a field my son could run around on. The rooms were cleaned daily and water refilled daily which was so needed in the heat. We needed the aircon on at night as the room became quite warm! The only issue was the additional single bed for my teen daughter - she could feel the springs and found the bed very uncomfortable. I should have highlighted this...
