"What a perfect spot. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and quiet, the location was perfect for exploring Windsor and Eton, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was one of the best hotel buffets I've had. Lots of choices and the view from the restaurant was amazing. We ate at the restaurant for supper and we loved it. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting."

"The room was clean and well equipped. The reception, restaurant and bar staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was well located for the town centre and railway station. We enjoyed our stay there."

"The property looked fantastic on the website and the reception area is impressive. I was a last minute booking and turned up later in the evening, I can only assume that a staff member thought it was going to be empty for the evening and decided to use it as their personal toilet. The toilet bowl was covered in skid marks. Unfortunately I did not use the toilet until middle of the night, so by the time I saw the disgusting state of the toilet, it was too late to request to move rooms. I...

"The lake was my favourite part of this stay. The bed was very comfortable and the linen had a nice fresh smell. The cleaners at this hotel must be some of the best in the UK as the whole place was clearly being well managed. The breakfast although basic was hot. The only thing missing from breakfast was some fruit. I was pleased to find 2 chairs to sit on in the room. The decor was dated and I think removing the pelmets from all curtains would make an instant improvement with no extra...
