"The hotel was very clean, it had a luxury feel and the staff were excellent. Drinks and food were very expensive but it was to be expected for the location. Breakfast was very expensive but was good, with the exception of pancakes that were microwaved on requests in stead of being cooked fresh, which was very poor effort. Most places cook pancakes fresh, and most places don't charge £33 per person for a buffet breakfast."

"Directions from the Elizabeth line are simply poor. The fact you need a you tube video to explain how to get there is concern enough. Room service was just plain bad food - but they have you hostage. It was clean. It is convenient if you need to be at terminal 2 for early flight and want to be on property. Otherwise it is overpriced across the board."

"Clean room , comfortable beds , nice bar and restaurant. Friendly staff and super convenient to stay night before flying out of Heathrow airport . Will definitely stay again ."

"Black wallpaper in rooms made it very dark, hard to even find light switches. Room was VERY noisy from hallway/other rooms talking, doors banging in the night. Seems no noise proofing. Staff was curt, close to rude; certainly not helpful. Nothing close by for food and options at property weren’t that great. I would never recommend this property or ever go there again. We have stayed at the Radisson Blu in the past and had a wonderful experience. Very sorry we opted for this hotel instead."

"Easy and very convenient location wise. Our room had one window which faced the entryway to the hotel. There was no natural light and it was quite noisy given proximity to the ground floor/elevators. Breakfast was good and certainly did the trick for an overnight stay. Plenty of space for us and the kiddos."
