"The rooms were clean, the air condition was strong and considering the London heat, this was a big plus. The location was excellent as it’s right in the middle of the west end. You can walk to most of the famous sights in London from the hotel. Nothing beats the location! The only negative thing was the size of the room and the amenities. The room was bare. It only had bunk beds, no tables, no chairs, no microwave, no hangers. The room was cleaned only once every four nights. You have to pay for early check in and for storing your luggage. It’s difficult to ask for new towels."
