"The hotel was right in the centre of town and our room overlooked the Market Square and the church. Extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Short stay parking was very close but it was a five minute walk to long stay parking. Building works going on on the front of the hotel at the time but that did not disturb us in any way"

"A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"Staff are superb, very helpful and friendly particularly J@ck on the front desk. Location is perfect for central Cheltenham with excellent parking. Rooms are really smart, very comfortable beds with excellent linens. The only small minus is shower water pressure is low, but the bathrooms themselves are very smart and well presented. My go to place in Cheltenham and can sometimes be had at really excellent room rates that make it an obvious first choice."
