"We had a lovely, relaxing weekend stay at Forest of Arden Hotel and Spa. The hotel was clean, friendly staff, amazing facilities, including a jacuzzi pool, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed making the most of over the weekend. I highly recommend and am planning on coming back again soon. "

"Really comfortable friendly hotel. Easy efficient check-in. Room was spacious with plenty of room for two. Noticed water on the floor in the bathroom between the toilet pan & side wall - mopped it up with toilet paper - but it reappeared a few hours later."

"I have become a recent convert to the Holiday Inn. The Birmingham Airport NEC is no exception. The hotel has well-equipped rooms with decent showers and good air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and there is no noise from the airport. There is plenty of parking, even arriving at 8pm. I was impressed with the lounge facilities that had a bar and TVs. The breakfast was good and the service exceptional (Nishu, Padma and colleagues)."

"The best part of £200 for what is essentially Hilton's basic-tier room is very steep. The room was simple, but modern. Kingsize bed, 'balcony' overlooking the carpark (lake to the right). TV remote wasn't the easiest to use. Bathroom looked dated - with just a basic, fixed shower head in a bath, and there seemed to be no way of adjusting the temperature. "All was excellent.apart for the food service.first night we order a evening meal and waited 45 minutes for it and has for breakfast i at to wipe my table myself about we sat down for breakfast.i work as a unit manager in a kitchen.table should be clear and wiped at all time So unhappy with food service."

"Comfortable family room with two double beds and a very big smart TV. It had everything we needed and we had a lovely 2 night stay. The breakfast had a great variety and all of the hotel staff were really helpful and friendly"

"A huge soulless property that feel like an airport hotel. With the exception of the public areas, nothing appears to have changed since the early noughties. The rooms, though faded, are comfortable and clean. Breakfast scraped by but could be better quality. I wouldn’t return."
