"I never heard that I couldn't have a receipt because I booked through a 3rd party! No hand soap in the room, only body wash, shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom, strange 🤔. I was only staying 1 night, the room was clean. Breakfast was fine too."

"The property also acts as a residence. As in people live there. It’s dirty and smells. Doors are broken from evictions. I asked for a refund because we didn’t want to stay there. They said they would do it but never gave me my money back. When calling them you get a service line in India that hangs up on you once you give them your confirmation number. Complete scam. Do not book unless you want the experience of living in the projects."
