"This was my 2nd time staying here and it was a consistent experience. the hotel itself has some wear and tear, no elevator and no carpeting in the halls or rooms so it can be a little noisy. The breakfast is just ok, the room is also just ok, there hasn’t been hand soap either time in the bathroom. Just two bottles of lotion near there sink and the shower has showed gel and lotion. So much lotion!! The hotel staff, however is amazing. The young man who checked me in both evenings, is a 5 star employee. He made me feel comfortable and he was the deciding factor for me whether I would stay there. The hotel looks and seems a little seedy and the price point is lower than I usually go as a woman traveling alone. But, he so was professional and lovely at check-in, that I felt that I would be safe there and so I stayed and returned. He was equally kind and welcoming on this past stay. The breakfast staff and the room staff were also friendly in the halls. I think the hotel is a bit worn down, 2-3 start but the warm and welcoming staff make it feel like a 4 star experience. I’ve stayed at luxury hotels where the staff wasn’t nearly as polite and warm. "

"Understaffed, no climate control or shower. The front desk gave us a screw driver and pliers. Told us to figure it out. Engineering came up, said they fixed it and left it in worse shape than it was. The shower handle was literally in pieces in the tub when we came back. The public bathroom on the ground floor by the restaurant was extremely gross. One of the worst I have ever seen. I will never stay here again. "

"Parking was easy and free which was good. Breakfast was good just needed a non pork item for meat for travelers who don’t eat pork. "

"Showed up to check in and was told that all rooms were already occupied for the night. Management wasn't helpful at all and told me to "take it up with Hotels.com The hotel was also surrpounded by police, turning people away from a concert that had been canceled. The police didn't even want to let me in to talk to the front desk."

"Great breakfast, nice gym, room was clean and they were prompt when we needed something. The laundry was really helpful. Would recommend!"

"I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available. I would of hoped someone would of called me in the morning or at least an email apologizing for my inconvenience, but all I got was a bill for the resort fee."
