"The room was not very clean. There were stains on the bedding. The room was dusty. There were hairs on the “clean towels” in the bathroom and dead bugs in the pool area. "

"The room was very clean to even yo the commodes rim 💯 However, the housekeeping could have been better. Wasn't sure whether there was maid service after two days without cleaning the room. We had to asked the front desk about clean towels and service."

That said, staff was helpful, the hotel itself was beautiful and the location was perfect for our event. "We had to switch rooms as we were placed in an a Joining room we weren’t aware of. The staff was wonderful and provided us with the only room they had left which was a king. Unfortunately that meant my husband, son and myself all had to share a bed. The room was not clean, light fixtures were off, it smelled like someone was smoking weed LITERALLY right outside of our door. We also had to deal with people running up and down the hall all night. "The hotel was conveniently close to I-80. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was good. We especially loved the biscuits!"

"We arrived at the property very late in the evening. When we went up to our room, in was not locked, the door was open (probably from cleaning). Old keys from last gues were still in room, toothpaste in sink, candy wrappers on the floor. We said something to the front desk and they told us they had no other rooms, so they could not move us."
