Contacted me prior to arrival to check if I needed anything or information which made me feel confident about the stay beforehand, was very welcoming and personable and I felt genuine care about me and my stay at Domo. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a host and something which is rare in hotels in my experience."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, the reception was clean and safe and the room looked good. Unfortunately the en suite was of poor quality and had spiderwebs and dirt everywhere, a load of pubes and splash stains over the toilet, obviously meaning it hasnt been cleaned for a while, let alone up to the "covid safe" state required. Couldn't do anything about it as we didnt get to see it properly until the next morning. The mattress also felt like it was at the end of its life. It was a spring...
