"Very little interest in guest service, a lot of interest in nickel and diming their guests. When you pull under the entry canopy, you can see the bellman standing inside at his desk. But he does not bother to even glance your way until after you unload 3 heavy suitcases and drag them thru the sliding glass doors to the front desk. For this treatment, we were charged in addition to the room rate, a $30 "Resort Fee" AND $15 nightly parking fee.. A suburban "resort" with acres of parking, but...

"The room was so cozy and clean. The bed so comfortable. There was also body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I would definitely stay here again. It is right next to the airport but there wasn’t many planes that I heard durning my stay."

"-The staff were friendly but had computer issues and took over 30 minutes to get me checked in to my room. There was also a language barrier. -No one answered the phone at the front desk prior to arrival. I had questions on my way there and no one to answer. - I had a hard time opening the door to my room with the key card. -The bed was very uncomfortable. -overall, I would not choose to come back. But we needed a place to stay and it was definitely better than nothing. "

"It’s very clean and spacious room and spacious bathroom and the staff were very nice and friendly. Big windows which is a plus plus. Just realized I only tooked the video of it and not picture. They also have drinking water stations every floor, and have both cold and hot water(first time seeing this at a hotel which is really nice). Also I don’t know if this is normal but in that spacious bedroom they even provide yoga mat yoga ball and blocks etc. Check-in check out was very fast too!"

"The hotel is under construction, and there was a mess left by the workers. There were stains on a lot of the chairs, including our room. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, and there was water left in the ice bucket for who knows how long. Breakfast was your run of the mill hotel breakfast."
