"We requested a room with a handicap accessible shower, when we arrived we were given a second floor room, the toilet was overflowing onto the floor, the shower was not draining so they moved us to the third floor which was a smaller room and not handicap accessible. Not to mention the "

"We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, which were available from 9 AM to 9 PM. It was a great way for our family to spend time together."

"This place stinks, it should be a nonsmoking place and the entire place smells like cigarettes and marijana. The elevator was not working and the room they gave us was in the 3rd floor. We walked in and there was no one in the front desk to help us out, I had to call in to talk to someone and let them know we were waiting in the lobby waiting to be helped. Overall nothing like it was described online."
