"Fantastic view of mountains"

"Room was not ready upon arrival ( after 3pm) got down graded and getting the difference refunded was only available after contacting the booking provider. Location smells heavily of curry. Room was clean, but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. No staff on site for early check out. Had to return our keys by wedging them under the window shutter that covered the front desk after calling the lobby phone located in the foyer separating the lobby from the outside. Good thing we propped the door open with luggage to make that phone call. Otherwise we would not have been able to return the keys."

"So the rooms had no hot water . Cold showers is never fun. The staff at the ropes course was the most unfriendly we we have some in contact with here and the pool that had the basket ball hoops had a sharp piece of tile and it cut one of the kids toes and we had to see first aid station. It was just not a great stay this time . "
