"We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta! The location was perfect and walkable to many things. The only disappointment was the fact that the pool was closed. Other than that we had a great stay!"

"a really weird hotel: the doors get locked at 11 pm, so if your plane is delayed and you show up at midnight, expect for there to be no one in the lobby, locked doors and you camping outside next to a bunch of homeless with your suite case. The Uber will be gone and you will be out on the street to fend for yourself with no way to get inside the hotel. There is no note to ring the bell (is there a bell? I didn't see it). A pretty horrible experience for a girl in the middle of the night."

"The staff were super helpful and pleasant! The kids enjoyed the pool. However when we arrived we found hair and stains all under the sheets on one bed and then we found a used bandaid in the other bed. For the price I can understand certain things but cleaning the sheets should be the bare minimum."

"The curtis was an amazing experience from start to finish! Check in was quick and we even were able to sneak in a bit early! Warm cookies were lovely and our room was awesome! The shower worked perfect with hot water and the ac kept it nice and chilly to sleep! Would definitely be back !! Plus the staff were always all smiles (: thanks for the awesome wedding weekend !!"

We reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of sending housekeeping, we were surprisingly handed a broom and dustpan and asked to clean it ourselves. "It was clean but breakfast was not too too good, it is express breakfast, had waffles but no eggs, that was a disappointment."

"Our room was very large, as well as the bathroom. Everything was extremely clean. We did have trouble with the microwave being broken and the controls were in Spanish. When I checked out the person at the front desk was sound asleep and it took me several times calling to him to wake him. But overall, we really liked the hotel and it was in a safe location."
