"There were only one coffee pack in the room.( three of us in the room) The bed was too soft and too bouncy. I shared a bed with my sister and everytime my sister turned or moved the bed woke me up. The pool water maintenance maybe needs looked at. The pool water hardly smelled or tasted any chemicals, like chlorine or bromin. 6 of us stayed for two nights to celebrate my moms 79th birthday. I have told someone on reception about it when I requested adjoining rooms. We had a close up - road and mountain view, nothing to see kind of view."

"Neighbor hood kind sketchy but gated parking lot and roving security at night. Area and parking is clean and safe"

"The front desk employees were amazing during check in and check out! The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good. There was a nice selection and everything we had was delicious. Room was as described and clean. The shower only had hot water around 10pm, in the morning was rather cold. The couple in the room next to us began fighting around midnight. We could hear everything they were yelling and crying. Had to call security and they finally stopped after an hour. However the loud sobbing & arguing started again around 6am. It made for a lack of sleep, but nothing that the hotel could control. Just be warned the walls are thin! "

"The only thing that bothered me was the shuttle service that appeared to be free for concert goers. $60 a person when a uber there and back was $20 total for two people. That just irked me you had a sign making it seem it was free when it was a crazy price. Would stay again if was going back to red rock show. I know don’t fall for shuttle scam."

"very nice, very easy to get around. lots of new games. all of our eating was very good, better than any casino we have been at."

"Pros: Location- this is right in the heart of downtown Golden. Super easy to walk to everything. Parking- while you do need to pay for $25 a day, the whole town is paid parking and this was pretty easy. Food- the restaurant bar staff were great and so was the food we had! Cleaning staff- left us extra waters which is needed in Colorado. Cons: Room - worn and very dated. Air conditioner / heater was loud and did not moderate temperature accurately (wouldn’t get warm until 80 degrees and wouldn’t get cold until 60 degrees. Bedding- bed was hard and pillows were lumpy and old. TV- very limited channel offering and no streaming capabilities, or airplay. Bathroom- carpet under the bathroom sink, all fixtures were dated and did not work 100%, dated jetted tub with stains in the tub and on the grout, paper products were low quality and harsh, purchased our own as a result. Front desk was often not available and not overly friendly in assisting. Golden is a great town to visit! Many walking trails along the river and cute shops! "

"There was a problem in the elevators during my 2 full days stay, the light was really fade in the floors and the unit, I went for a work and the light was not enough to keep me awake I ended up working in the hotel restaurant's area"
