"My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally.
They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing.
Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes."

Spa looked nice though didn't use it
Spa treatments were crazy expensive
Breakfast was ok, but probably great if you don't have dietary restrictions

"Very elegant and beautiful hotel. Every detail, every piece of furniture and art. Room was clean and comfortable, location is perfect, food was great, breakfast was very well served and organised.

"Unfortunately the stay was not without issue. There was a fault with the water and we had no hot water.
That said the hotel accepted the issue and promptly with Expedia adjusted the price to reflect the shortcomings. The manner the complaint was handled reflected good management in accepting the issue in the only way possible as we were leaving.
The hotel was great in all other respects. The room is large, beds extremely comfortable and very convenient for the airport (slot 5 minute drive...
