"It was very comfortable to stay at this resort in Rapa Nui. The rooms are comfortable and quirky, but the real value is in the amenities. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They will help you with all of your arrangements from rental car to excursions. The breakfast was included in our booking and was a great variety, including custom omelets. "Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly."

"日本人スタッフの方がいるということで宿泊しました。滞在中はツアーの相談などさせていただき、大変ありがたかったです。 部屋も広く不便はありません。Wi-Fi環境も十分でした。 一つ不満を言えば、シャワーのお湯がやや冷たかったことぐらいです（これはイースター島全体の問題なのでは、と思います）。 村のメインストリートからはやや歩きますが、村の治安はかなりいいのでよほど遅くない限り心配ありません。十分おすすめできるホテルです。"
