"Hotel is fine, but I didn't like the way is the bathroom. It looks like the bathroom is part of your bedroom, just a glass separates your bed from the shower and bathroom. I tried the restaurant and food was pretty good."

"Lovely hotel in a safe and pleasant area of Santiago. Clean room. Miserable staff on reception on arrival; more cheerful in subsequent conversations. Door men really shouldn't bother - usually either asleep or on their phone 😆 Nice room. Air con on the noisy side and interesting light set up. Complimentary coffee, water and Coke. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided. Rooftop pool, gym and bar area are lovely. Hot in the sun and the pool is 'refreshing'! Good selection for breakfast. Local area feels safe with plenty of shops and Metro station. Can walk to a huge shopping mall. Plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants to choose from. I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. "

"The room.was fine and clean. There are plenty of stores, cafes, great walks, restaurants and nice neighborhood. The staff were very forthcoming and we.apptrciated their help. Our sole complaint is that the broken elevator must get fixed. It took us over 20 minutes to get an elevator with room enough for us for.check in this morning. "

"Normally we are very happy with our stays at your hotel, which is why we chose it again for our recent visit in the apartment. However, this time we experienced a few issues that we wanted to share. There was no towel or cloth available in the apartment to dry the plates we used. We asked for some towels, but unfortunately we did not receive any. Since the apartment includes kitchen amenities, it would be helpful to have something available to dry dishes. In addition, the hairdryer stopped working after about one minute of use. We mentioned these issues to the staff during our stay and were told they would pass the information on to management. We wanted to follow up so you are aware of it. Overall we still enjoy staying at your hotel, and we hope these small issues can be improved for future guests."
