"We had an issue with the brakes on one of the beds. Jessica came to the room to fix the issue but was unable to correct it. So Cristian offered us to move to another room with a nice view. Excellent customer service from everyone. The restaurant team is also very good and attentive to your needs. "

"Clean room, It is a little out of the central area. We could walk to downtown but needed a taxi with our bags."

"String Odor/smell that they were trying mask with a deodorizer. Smell was of mold and sewage. Particularly around the elevator and to some extent on the floors. Staff was pleasant but not really helpful. Attached restaurant and bar staff were not interested in taking orders for food or drink. Do not count on a 6:30 am breakfast, coffee was there but not much else."

"Everything was excellent, the staff is above and beyond the expectation, very helpful and attentive. Every morning since I had early excursion they prepared a very nice bfast goodies bag for me. On my check out day the staff was helping me to arrange taxi to pick me up at 2 am to the airport and making sure the taxi comes on time. Location is very good easy to go anywhere. The hotel is more like a house with many rooms so my room although is very small but clean and cozy. I will come back and ...

"It was nice to have a stove and kitchen, but the room was not very nice. It was also right next to the street and walkway, on the same level. This hotel served its purpose and the staff was great, but probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was in a pinch."

"It is a small room in the back of a residence. Fabián makes every effort so that you feel at home. It is not too close to downtown, we ended renting a car."

"Everything was spotless! Sarah was an excellent host! She not only takes care of the room but make sure you enjoy around the area with practical information from where to eat to where to go for tours! The place is quiet and conveniently close to major places within walking distance. I will love to comeback! "
