"My two sisters and husband stayed here for 3 nights and lioved the apartment. The people at the desk were great and their English was just ok. The area was great for food and easy to get around. "Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended. "

"Very nice hotel in downtown Santiago. Close to tourist attractions. Very walkable area. The roombI had was 312 and it was really nice. A comfortable bed, quiet, refrigerator, safe and a nice walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice for dinner. Inexpensive and really good food. I will stay here again "
