"The staff was nice, but their availability was limited it seemed. My family stayed six nights, but every time I wanted/needed fresh towels I had to ask. The last tome I asked for towels we never received them. We were left reusing towels from night before. Granted, I was told upfront no one would clean the room till we left. We were left with overflowing trash cans and a pile of towels on the bathroom floor. I could see this being ok for a person only staying a few days but someone staying...

The outdoor pool seemed to have toggles all the time. And the breakfast a decent variety. The negative I will say was the air condition. "The property was in a great location close to things. There was a 6 th grade convention there at the same time so a little loud and chaotic. There was no coffee on site unless you ordered. We were attending an airforce graduation so we had to leave like at 6 am before breakfast started."

"I enjoyed my stay here at this very nice Historic Hotel. My room was nice and comfortable. I love the historic decoration throughout the hotel. One in particular was the old-fashioned antique sewing machine. It brought back memories of when my great great grandmother had one. The valet staff was very helpful, breakfast was good the staff kept the food coming and kept the restaurant clean. I like the thought that the places I went to were very close to the hotel."

"This was our 5th year for our annual girls trip. We absolutely love it here. Everyone is so kind and happy to help. Resort is spotless. My only complaint was we asked for more towels for the pool area and were told we can only have 1 even though there were 50 folded towels available. If it’s a problem i have a solution.. get bigger towels!! Also, maybe have someone washing them throughout the day."
