"Formerly a Viscount's residence, the photogenic Costa Del Sol Cusco sits in a great location, walkably close to the center of a beautiful city. Meals in the hotel restaurant and at the breakfast buffet were fantastic. Staff were very helpful.
Our room had uncomfortably overstuffed pillows that might have been designed by the Spanish Inquisition, so thick they threaten to break your neck. In fairness, my body was getting used to the thin air in Cusco and that also played a role in my restless...

"This hotel is located in a prime location, where you could walk to most things in the walled city or Getsemaní. What stood out the most about this hotel was the staff. Every evening someone would knock on the door and ask if the room meet your standards of cleanliness. On top of that, they would give you delicious fresh cookies everyday."

"Tristemente las políticas del hotel impidieron que mi hija que viajaba con su abuela no pudiera hospedarse en la habitación que reservamos para que ellas pudieran descansar un rato luego de un largo viaje. Mi hija llevaba sus documentos en regla según lo indicado por Migración Colombia, pero las normativas que no rigen para un niño turista fueron aplicadas en su caso. Los encargados fueron amables pero si sería importante que estuvieran mejor informados. "
