"Rooms are nice and clean! Staff is amazing! They sent a cake up to my room for my birthday! Lots of food and shops in the area. A quick drive to the airport and walled city. Breakfast was good. ONLY suggestion is more lighting by the pool as it gets really dark after sunset! Would def recommend :) "

"My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Cartagena was absolutely amazing! It truly is the best hotel in the area. From the moment I arrived, the service was spectacular, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a flawless visit. The amenities are outstanding, especially the pools offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean sea. The gym was well equipped and clean. My room was great, spotless, and modern, featuring amazing views that made every morning special. Furthermore, the dining was a highlight; the food was amazing with impressive quality and plenty of options to satisfy every palate. This hotel truly delivers on every front, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious and unforgettable Cartagena experience. it's also well located near the walled city! "

"Spotless room right in prime location staff very nice and helpful I really don’t want to get this wrong but the gentleman who checked me in treated me like we had been lifelong friends and I was returning after a year of being away food style decor you name it this place has it all i believe his name started with a J and last name started with a D young man deserves a raise I’ll only stay here from now on "
