"The cleanliness is good, but the people are very dirty and rude. They leave glasses everywhere, eat by the pool, and no one says anything. There were cigarette butts, fruit, and used condiment packets on the sand and tables near the pool. They need to better control the people or clean more often."

"the rooms are very nice with good views. But service fails a lot. Ask for room cleaning and when you come back it has not been done. Also personnel go among different floors with the intercoms at high volume as if it were a construction site with no inhabitants. It is a lack of respect the way employees communicate among them as if they were in the Vietnam War. Intercom should be heard ONLY by them, not by all the guests.
