"The room was extremely clean - fresh sheets, powerful and silent inverter AC, and daily room service. The location is a strong advantage, right in the middle of Provenza and Poblado. The breakfast buffet is good - fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, bacon, sausage, cereal, fresh orange juice, pancakes, etc. Friendly staff. The room was just a bit uncomfortable as is it very small, and the bathroom did not have a cabinet. Also, my room was the one closest to the lobby, so I sometimes heard people talking in the morning, but I don't think other rooms had this problem. Overall a good stay, would stay again."
