Loved the room and the view, one of the few hotels with a balcony view in Banff. Rooms were well appointed. Refrigerator was a bit on the small side. Loved the coffee/tea service but was a bit glitchy, had to call the front desk twice since the coffee/tea were not delivered by housekeeping. Another glitch with housekeeping was that we did not have face towels. Again we had to call the front desk. The second time this happened we called the front desk and they said face towels would be delivered when they had a chance, but never came. We just made do. The hotel is walkable to the downtown area, bus passes are provided and bus service seemed good. Overall I did really like the hotel. Hopefully the minor issues are just a result of a new hotel and will be easily worked out. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

The area just behind the hotel had some construction work going on which had this really strong smell of construction materials/ dust . Fortunately my room wasn’t facing that way, but walked by that area when parking and was quite surprised at how unpleasant that area was. Just remember, the rest of the property was amazing- ask for a mountain facing room or you might end up looking at a construction site

The property is further away from town center so we loved the free bus tickets. It made it easy to leave our car parked and catch the bus when visiting the shops & for dining.

Very accessible to all attractions in Banff. Roam Transit Pass issued during the entire stay was very helpful. Food at Sudden Sally was yummy. Accessible to other eating options too. Rooms are very clean and gives a clear view of Cascade Mountain if you book a Mountain view Room. We really enjoyed

Highly recommend this hotel, the staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful, newly refurbished rooms so the rooms are very clean large and modern. Perfect location close to banff avenue, the hotel staff also gave us some bus passes so we didn’t have to take our car into town and pay for parking each time. we were able to just take a 5 minute bus journey in and out of town when we wanted which was very handy. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend
