"The room and the hotel were good value-for-money propositions overall. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay. The hotel was within walking distance of the V&A waterfront, Seapoint High Street, and beaches. The only negative about our stay was the smell from the bathtub and sink drains. "Food isn't good, very high in fat, carbs and sugar. No healthy options asides from salad which it doesn't really count. They have a ton of staff but they aren't customer service focus more like out to lunch. Nobody greets you or even look at you, they avoid eye contact. Definitely didn't feel welcome. Hotel itself it's fine and basi amenities need improvement and easier access to use them. The safari drives are chaotic needs more planning and organization. "

"Een prachtige villa in de middle of nowhere. Just what we needed! Wild Olive House is self-service, maar perfect als je met een kleine op vakantie bent. Contact met Vicky van de Farmhouse Guest rooms ging prima. Soms een tikkie stug, maar als je wat langer praat ook gewoon heel vriendelijk. We hebben een Game Drive met Esmeralda gedaan en dat was fantastisch. Heel vriendelijk en een prachtige drive, veel informatie en ondanks dat ze niet de Big Five hebben, voelde het soms zelfs meer bijzonder...
