"The room was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We came off a cruse and arrived at the hotel at 10:00. We were expecting to to leave our bags at the front desk and come back at the regular check in time. The agent said that we could use the pool facilities and that they would expedite a room request. We had a great wait by the pool and they had a room for us by noon. Thank you to the staff for accommodating us so quickly. The only negative comment I had was the shuttle bus to...

"Staff were very helpful keeping us from getting a parking ticket. The room we stayed in was very clean and met our need for one night but unfortunately we would not return. This building is a renovated storage building in the Old San Juan port area. The area does not feel safe for walking after dark. Additionally, if you’re a light sleeper you may find the noise keeping you up into the wee hours."
