"My experience here was great and will definitely be visiting again. My only complaints would be that the bed was very squeaky and would make a lot of noise with any movement, and one of the pillow cases were dirty. The parking included is great just a very tight space to get in and out. Otherwise everything was fantastic. The bathroom was very spacious and great shower. "Exactly as advertised and centrally located."

"Decent stay. My A/C didn’t work the entirety of the trip i reached out to the staff who were very helpful and was told someone would be out to fix it. No one ever showed up. Kind of disappointing being a bit uncomfortable in such a hot place like Puerto Rico. I also was under the impression that this was some sort of hotel and the room would be getting cleaned daily but maybe that’s just on me. But other than that the location was a solid launch point to get anywhere in san juan."

"Everyone was nice and helpful. The place was clean and neat. I did have to ask to have my room to be cleaned and after that it was daily. The rooftop was awesome! The pool was awesome! The bar staff was awesome. Located near everything and anything!!!! Will definitely be back!!!!"

"Rooms and building are extremely humid, after one night we had to leave due to excessive coughing and chest congestion, unable adjust temperature in the room and floors and walls were so wet even the bed feel like that, and the staff just excused saying Puerto Rico is humid, that did t happened at the other hotel we switched to, also the staff offer to send someone to mop and that never happened. Renovations only made on the lobby are and the open bar is mostly beer and wine"
