"Beautiful hotel, right in the middle of old San Juan. Located in a great place. Even though old San Juan can be very busy, as soon as you stepped into the hotel it was very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were amazing!!! Teresa was so nice. Breakfast tastes wonderful. Very clean rooms. They were quick to answer any questions and concerns that I had if so, can’t say enough about this hotel we had a wonderful experience. Would love to come back. "

"Location was convenient, we walked to the beach and main restaurants. The hotel was okay, very nice staff and delicious breakfast. We just got two towels for a family of four, no hand soap and the balcony needs maintenance. We got lucky to find parking on the street 5 blocks away. Neighborhood feel safe, a little dirty. We just stayed one night before catching our flight home. "
